The Managing Broker of L&B All Star Management and Auctions, LLC, namely Ira B. Lauter, holds extensive experience with a specialization in valuations, management and receivership's. Scope of Services include but not limited to marketing and tenant selection, lease management and rent collection, professional advice from insurance brokers, and reporting.

RECEIVERSHIP EXPERIENCE

L&B All Star Management LLC has substantial experience serving as court-appointed receiver for commercial buildings, single family homes, multiuse buildings, industrial and multiple residential buildings throughout the Chicagoland area and has serves as court-appointed receiver in the following Circuit Courts: Cook, Will, DuPage, Lake, Kane and Indiana.

L&B All Star Management LLC’s receivership experience includes a deep understanding of the underlying legal processes, reporting requirements, notice requirements and general rights, duties, and powers of court-appointed receivers. Such experience allows L&B to efficiently transition into new engagements with minimal ramp-up time, assess the assets condition, operations, and financial situation, develop a strategic management plan for the asset, and serve in an overall effective, professional manner that seeks to mitigate risk by complying with the Illinois Mortgage Foreclosure Law.
